f.Tourism Academy major in F & B (1,2,3,4)
g.High school graduate (6)
i.Previous experience as junior Sous Chef in (1), Demi CDP (2) in fine dining restaurant with excellent knowledge of western cuisine, additional knowledge of other ethnic cuisine or pastry is an advantage.
j.Previous experience as restaurant manager/assistant in fine dining restaurant/senior butler (3)
