Scope of the role includes but not limited to:-

 

·         Maintaining a high level of confidentiality

·         Preparing reports, letters and minutes

·         Providing admin and project support

·         Replying to correspondence

·         Maintaining diary management

·         Organizing and minuting meetings

·         Dealing with guests and visitors

·         Progress chasing.

·         Personally deal with telephone enquiries and personal callers on behalf of the General Manager

·         Recording and monitoring enquiries and subsequent actions

·         Arranging appropriate action by relevant managers within the hotel

·         Coordinating responses and actions with other departments

·         Providing advice and guidance on the formal complaints procedure.

Requirements for this role:-

Karma Resorts, CNBC Asia Property Awards Winner 2009, is looking for an experienced for some positions :     

1. Reservations Manager to be based at one of our most luxurious villa resorts in Bali. 

Job description as reservations manager your role will involve maximising the revenue streams and distribution channels for all three Asian resorts, reviewing and implementing the rate strategy on internal and external systems and continually providing information on trends in booking patterns, as well as providing management reporting that allows informed decisions to be undertaken.  As a senior member of the sales team, you will be participating in strategy and budget meetings and setting targets to ensure optimum revenue is achieved across all resorts.

Ideal Background the person we are looking for is an experienced reservations manager who has a passion for revenue management and enjoys analysing the business and support systems. 

Experience with Fidelio's Opera programme is essential. 

The candidate should be a sales/targets driven individual and have a solid commercial awareness, high level of spoken and written English and excellent communication skills, to be considered for this role.  

2. Income Auditor The role is to audit the daily revenue to come up with an audited, accurate and timely revenue report which is include the balancing of guest ledger and settlements as  well as journalizing into the  MYOB system.

Ideal Background we are looking as experienced person who can work fast with some time with  a pressure to meet deadline, and has a computer literate specially Excel and preferably with MICROS and FIDELIO system   

3. Asset Clerk To maintain , control and physically /  periodically doing an asset inventory and prepare asset balance  report to the Management.

Ideal Background in Accounting background with computer literate Excel, knowledge of taxation would be preferable.  

4. Housekeeping Supervisor Having minimum experience at the least 2 years at the same position, and Resort experience is a plus.

Good communication in English is a must and have eye into detail. Posses the Leadership Skill and Training passion.

Having a very good knowledge in Housekeeping, Machine and Chemical.

Requirements:
● Must be skilled at fruit carving
● Two year's experience
● Three year's Diploma in Food and Production
● Ability in spoken and written English
